Sales Enablement Manager - Remote 

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate the performance of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Executives and assist in optimizing our go-to-market strategy. This role is critical in bridging strategy and execution—helping the sales team become more effective, aligning tools and processes with sales goals, and driving pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle, with a proven ability to operationalize strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Training

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales Executives and SDRs, focusing on healthcare technology, revenue cycle, and coding solutions.
  • Build playbooks, call scripts, campaigns and objection-handling frameworks to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with SDR leadership to coach reps on messaging, discovery skills, and pipeline development.

Technology Optimization

  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms.
  • Ensure Sales Teams are adopting and utilizing tools effectively and consistently.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Salesforce and Gong to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health.
  • Identify new technologies and workflows that improve efficiency, lead quality, and conversion.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Operationalize the use of intent data, ZoomInfo, and other sources to generate high-quality leads.
  • Partner with Marketing and Strategy to refine lead qualification criteria and handoff processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, market opportunities, and optimization areas across the funnel.
  • Drive Increased conversion rates across funnel stages

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide field feedback and insights to refine positioning and product-market fit.
  • Support SDRs and Sales Executives in the field acting as a subject matter expert
  • Act as a trusted partner to the VP of Strategy in scaling revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or SDR management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and medical coding.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and intent data tools.
  • Proven ability to train and coach sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
