Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class onboarding programs and continuous sales training initiatives
- Own, refine, and continuously enhance the Culligan Quench Canada Way of Selling and the sales playbook
- Lead sales readiness and enablement efforts for new product launches
- Identify pipeline and performance gaps, and design targeted strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to convert data insights into actionable sales behaviors
- Establish account segmentation models and prioritization frameworks.
- Act as the Sales representative and key stakeholder for CRM and system enhancements
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen and support sales execution
Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales environments
- Proven direct selling experience, with a preference for Field Sales exposure
- Experience in sales enablement, coaching, or sales operations
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly analytical with a results-driven, action-oriented mindset.

- Enhance funnel conversion rates and overall deal quality
- Drive higher Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) per sales representative.
- Strengthen adoption and consistent usage of sales processes and tools.
- Build strong credibility and trusted partnerships with Sales Managers and sales teams.
