The Sales Enablement Lead owns enablement functions essential in enhancing the Nordic’s sales team success in meeting our sales goals.Key Responsibilities
The Sale Enablement Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading, coaching and managing the Intake processes and program
- Leading, coaching and managing the Deal Governance processes and program
- Assisting in the Sales Methodology and Service Offering training, reporting and adoption.
- Responsible for establishment and advancement of executive sponsor program, win-loss review program, and others as organization progresses.
- Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance sales effectiveness
- Analyzing data and leveraging insights to identify operational sales improvement, implementing recommendations, and tracking success
- Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other sales initiatives as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of support in a professional office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong ability to train, coach and manage programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, computers, email, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize performance and inform future strategies
- Ability to organize multiple responsibilities while meeting the needs of business partners and working within time constraints
- Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims
Additional details
- Position is remote, but travel to Madison, WI at Nordic’s Home Office may be required.
- Occasional travel up to 5% of the time
