This position is expected to start January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring 2026 term (through May 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role
- Support sales initiatives through project and program management
- Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers
- Assist in managing customer visits by drafting detailed itineraries, scheduling showroom and warehouse tours, coordinating logistics such as catering orders and setup, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Help identify required activities to successfully drive sales programs, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place
- Be open to changing priorities and adapt quickly to new information or requirements
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Product Marketing team to align strategy, segmentation and go-to-market tactics with sales activities
- Assist building presentation materials for both internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure quality and timely submission of program deliverables
- Regularly update team members or leaders about project progress, challenges, and changes
- Handle proprietary information with care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and protocols
- Assist with Trade Show preparation, customer visits and organization of sales assets
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms
