Artisan Partners is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to work on our Global Distribution Operations team to assist our Sales Enablement team with various CRM technical & data related tasks. The Global Distribution Operations team supports our institutional, broker-dealer, financial advisor, defined contribution and retail channels.
Salesforce, the firm’s CRM, is an integral system used by the firm’s distribution team for business development and client servicing activities. This internship offers the unique opportunity to gain exposure to a fast-growing field within the investment management industry. This year-round opportunity requires full-time in office hours during the summer of 2025 and 15-20 hours per week in the 2025-26 school year.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate is expected to:
- Deliver accurate, trustworthy and timely information on respective tasks
- Prepare and fulfill data integrity efforts
- Assist with testing and documentation for correlating initiatives
- Provide cross-functional support with ad hoc distribution related projects as needed
The successful candidate is currently pursuing an undergraduate business degree with demonstrated academic achievement. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to produce work that is complete, accurate and timely
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Desire to learn the investment management industry
- Resourceful and research oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
