Our growth is driving us to strengthen our International Sales Enablement team to support our international growth and ensure our sales teams have the right training, content, and processes to succeed.
Your mission will be to support the Sales Enablement team in creating training content, coordinating learning initiatives, and contributing to transverse Sales projects in order to help our sales representatives stay up to date, ramp up effectively, and support the continued growth of our international sales organization.

You will work closely with the International Sales Enablement team, currently composed of a Sales Enablement Manager and a Sales Enablement Specialist. You will also be in constant contact with our 70 sales representatives in France and abroad, supporting them with training, content, processes, and transverse projects.
The team plays a key role in supporting Scaleway's international growth by ensuring that new hires are properly trained and onboarded, while helping sales teams strengthen their methodology and ramp up effectively.

Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master's degree
- C1 or higher proficiency in English, written and spoken
- C1 or higher proficiency in French, written and spoken
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort creating presentations and visual content using Canva and Google Slides
- Strong interest in technology, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence
- Detail-oriented and rigorous
- Curious, proactive, dynamic, and agile
- Comfort communicating with a large international sales community
- Strong interest in education, learning, and development
