We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical MBA intern to join our Sales Enablement team. The intern will play a key role in supporting our strategic metrics initiatives by analyzing data, refining performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive sales productivity, revenue growth, and organizational success.

WHAT WE EXPECT
  • MBA Candidate with a focus on Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect the dots between metrics, sales initiatives, and overall business strategy.

  • Effective Communicator: Skilled in presenting data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders.

  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Preference: Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.

  • Preference: Passion for improving processes and driving outcomes through innovative solutions and insights.

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS

Metrics Development & Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to identify, refine, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Enablement programs.

  • Analyze existing programs and metrics to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Strategic Reporting

  • Develop executive-level reports and presentations on sales enablement program performance in relation to sales performance.

  • Ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Sales Enablement Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Sales) to align enablement strategies with data-driven insights.

  • Contribute to training and enablement design to put reporting and business outcomes at the heart of any program launch.
