Sales Enablement Executive – Van Sales

Are you organised, proactive and commercially minded? Do you enjoy combining sales support with marketing activities and building strong customer relationships?
We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Executive to join our UK Van Sales team in Bathgate.
Working closely with our UK Van Operations Manager and National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth, developing our prospect pipeline, coordinating marketing activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration, meeting coordination, sales materials and account documentation.
- Building and maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities and proactively following up with potential customers.
- Planning and coordinating marketing activities, including social media, PPC, SEO and targeted email campaigns to generate new business enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting to support sales forecasting and business planning.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new business accounts during their first three months, working closely with internal teams.
- Providing ongoing account support and building positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with great attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and an interest in sales and business development.
It would be great if you also have:
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or account coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline management tools.
- Some knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, PPC or SEO.
- Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management or B2B environments.
