Job Description

This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars office.

This role offers a fantastic foundation for building a career in sales enablement within the B2B intelligence sector. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues in Sales Enablement, Product Management, and the Analyst team, learning proven frameworks and best practices.

You'll gain exposure to multiple technology domains—Telecommunications, Enterprise IT Services, and Media & Entertainment—developing broad knowledge of market intelligence and diverse client segments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Supporting Proposal Development

  • Assist with RFP responses: Help coordinate proposal development by gathering information from research analysts and product specialists
  • Document preparation: Format and compile proposal documents, ensuring consistency and professional presentation
  • Content coordination: Support the collection and organization of technical insights for client-facing materials

Enabling Sales Operations

  • Respond to product inquiries: Handle initial client questions about research coverage, methodologies, and deliverables during the sales cycle
  • Information gathering: Work with research and product teams to source accurate answers for sales requests
  • Administrative support: Assist with renewal opportunities by preparing materials and coordinating information flow

Supporting Commercial Processes

  • Coordinate workflows: Help manage requests between sales, research, and product teams
  • Track approvals: Support pricing discussions and deal approval processes
  • Maintain documentation: Keep records of proposals, client interactions, and product information up to date

Contributing to Sales Capability

  • Support training activities: Help organize and coordinate sales training sessions on portfolio capabilities
  • Gather feedback: Capture and document client insights to share with product and research teams

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a commercial support, operations, or coordination role (B2B technology, data services, or professional services environments preferred)
  • Strong written communication: Ability to write clearly and professionally for business audiences
  • Organizational skills: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Team collaboration: Experience working with different departments or stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in or basic understanding of technology markets (telecommunications, enterprise IT, or media/entertainment)
  • Exposure to subscription business models or B2B sales processes
  • Experience with proposal or document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
