You will be inspired by all the initiatives we are working on in order to accelerate our partners growth and create defensibility for our brand in the market. With our continual growth, we are expanding our Tokyo office and looking for you to join the team  As a student intern of our Tokyo office, you will be supporting our local partners in Japan and other APAC destinations working closely with the local GetYourGuide Destination Managers with a range of key operational and coordination tasks. 

This is a part time working student position based in Tokyo and you would report directly to the Regional Manager Japan. 

• Support Supply partner on their day to day operations
• Support the local Account Management team with key tasks which can include:
• Onboard new accounts and tours
• Be in contact with suppliers by phone or email, and provide training and education as required
• Support partners navigating our supplier portal 
• Support supply partners who have language challenges on their admin tasks and questions 
• Help our suppliers to answer traveler questions or requests

• You are native level in Japanese, fluent in English
• Eligible to legally work part-time in Japan
• Independent and have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Zoom, and G-Suite
• Enjoy detail-oriented and administrative tasks
• Confident, approachable, and solution-oriente,d and having good organisational skills
• Results-focused, self-driven and have a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong inner drive to succeed
• You can work minimum 3 days a week for 6 hours per day. Less than 30 hours per week in total.
