Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Enablement, this role will own the design and execution of onboarding programs, ongoing training, and enablement initiatives that drive seller productivity, confidence, and quota attainment. This role requires strength in both content creation and facilitation - you will build impactful resources and deliver them in a way that drives engagement and real behavior change. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and existing sales team members. 
  • Content Development: Create and maintain elearning, sales playbooks, talk tracks, quick reference guides, and competitive positioning resources. 
  • Facilitation: Lead live trainings, workshops, and roleplay sessions that build skills and confidence across the sales organization. 
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, tools, and methodology. 
  • Performance Insights: Analyze sales performance data and rep feedback to identify gaps and opportunities, then implement targeted enablement solutions. 
  • Product Launch Readiness: Support launches by providing training and materials that ensure the sales team can confidently articulate product value and differentiation. 
  • Knowledge Management: Manage content repositories and enablement platforms, ensuring resources are up-to-date and easily accessible. 
Required Skills
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or legal tech. 
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience strongly preferred, with proven success meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Familiarity with modern B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g.: SPICED, MEDDICC). 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with an ability to engage both new and experienced sales reps. 
  • Demonstrated ability in both content creation and delivery (playbooks, guides, training decks, workshops). 
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and skilled at influencing across functions. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure enablement effectiveness and business impact. 

Base Salary Range: $84,000 - $110,000
At Onit, we’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final base salary you receive will reflect factors such as your skills, education, experience, and work location.
