SUMMARY: The Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for executing on the data requirements of our external partners for the participation in their client referral programs and supporting the training needs of the overall department. This entry-level role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and strong analytical and technology skills. The Sales Enablement Associate works actively as part of a cross-functional, centralized sales support team to: (1) Capture and process program data accurately to ensure smooth operation of the business unit’s processes and metrics reporting; (2) Facilitate and track the compliance checks necessary for program participation and success; (3) Coordinate program onboarding and help to maintain a current library of program training materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Program systems & reporting (40%)
  • Processes referrals from external partners in company systems and distributes to the assigned regional sales team
  • Ensures accuracy of program-specific data entry and assignment
  • Provides data management and systems-related support to the broader team
  • Coordinates campaign setup and response data management within our CRM system, Salesforce
  • Provides key metrics reporting to program leadership weekly, or as requested
  1. Training coordination & materials (25%)
  • Works to coordinate program-specific training with the appropriate internal partners and team members
  • Ensures training materials are kept up-to-date with current rules of engagement, internal service standards, etc.
  • Expands or contracts training materials library, as needed
  1. Compliance administration (15%)
  • Administer program-specific compliance checks to incoming participants
  • Track all compliance checks in the CRM and other systems, as needed
  1. Team support (10%)
  • Take notes to provide meeting summary for program management, as needed
  • Meeting coordination for program management meetings, as needed
  • Basic events coordination upon request by Sales Enablement Specialists
  • Provide administrative support to the broader sales and sales support teams

 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in marketing, business or related
  • 2+ years of strong administrative experience supporting a sales team
  • 1-2+ years of entry-level experience in the wealth management/RIA industry or related a plus
  • Customer service or relationship management experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills who enjoys working with people
  • Organized with the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn about - and work compliantly within - the financial services industry
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations and policies

Salary: $60-65K
