The Role

As a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, you will elevate the performance of our growing sales organization by designing the systems, tools, and programs that empower every sales team member to succeed. You will shape onboarding, build scalable playbooks, optimize sales processes, and partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure we are ready to win in every market and with every product launch.

At PERGOLUX, a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design, we are scaling rapidly across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America—and you will play a pivotal role in enabling this growth through world-class sales enablement and operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop structured onboarding frameworks, training modules, and certifications that accelerate ramp-to-quota across sales teams.

  • Create and maintain clear, actionable sales playbooks covering every pipeline stage—from qualification through closing.

  • Optimize Tier 1 sales coverage in close collaboration with BPO partners, ensuring smooth lead handovers and consistent execution.

  • Lead adoption and continuous improvement of HubSpot, Aircall, and modern sales workflows to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Build data-driven performance reporting and feedback loops to strengthen coaching, sales readiness, and execution quality.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, ideally within SaaS, scale-ups, or e-commerce.

  • Proven success in reducing ramp-up time, improving conversion rates, and delivering impactful enablement content and programs.

  • Strong program design, project management, and training capabilities across international and cross-functional teams.

  • A data-driven mindset with hands-on expertise in CRM systems, call analysis, sales tooling, and performance KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher), with a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented approach.
