The Sales Enablement and CRM Training Analyst is responsible for supporting sales teams by driving CRM adoption, improving funnel management maturity, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role combines analytics and training to enhance sales effectiveness.

This position reports to the Global Sales Enablement Senior Manager and is part of the Central Marketing Organization located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support CRM-related enablement activities: analytics, onboarding, training and content delivery, and change management.
  • Track and analyze funnel KPIs to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Participate in Salesforce deployment projects: requirements, validation, documentation.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on best practices and standard work.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in CRM, training or sales enablement roles.
  • Experience in training delivery and content creation.
  • Strong Salesforce.com experience (lead and opportunity management).
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Adaptable to global time zones.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior DBS (Danaher Business System) or Continuous Improvement Experience is a plus
