What you’ll own as the Sales Effectiveness Specialist:
As a Sales Effectiveness Specialist at Worldpay, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption of innovative payment solutions and ISV offerings within the Merchant Bank Sales Channel. You will partner closely with field sales teams and leadership to deliver strategic support, product expertise, and enablement that accelerates revenue growth and strengthens client relationships.

- Sales Enablement & Product Expertise
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Worldpay solutions, ISV offerings, and market trends.
- Deliver training and onboarding for sales teams and new hires to enhance solution-based selling.
- Strategic Sales Support
- Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership on deal strategy, negotiations, and structuring to meet client needs.
- Provide insights on competitive positioning and value propositions.
- Territory & Pipeline Management
- Drive adoption and expansion of targeted solutions within assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and requests.
- Work cross-functionally to leverage marketing and product resources.
- Travel & Field Engagement
- Travel 30–40% to support regional sales efforts and client engagements.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in solution selling or SaaS sales enablement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at building strong partnerships and collaborating across teams with varied sales styles and strategies, creating alignment and driving collective success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% within assigned region.
