JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Effectiveness Leader, Digital Workflow is responsible for driving national business growth through competitive account conversions, with a focus on Implant Direct’s digital workflow solutions. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product Management, and the Sales team to develop strategies that maximize the adoption of digital workflows within full-arch rehabilitation. By deeply understanding both customer needs and Implant Direct’s product portfolio, this individual will equip the sales force to effectively penetrate competitive accounts and secure conversions. The Sales Effectiveness Leader, Digital Workflow will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy and expanding market share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead efforts to develop and expand Implant Direct’s core customer base by integrating digital workflows for full-arch rehabilitation treatments, both surgically and restoratively. Participate in weekly regional meetings and bi-monthly leadership calls focused on conversion opportunities and top customer strategies.
  • Participate as a member of the Full Arch Policy Deployment (PD) team in helping drive Implant Direct’s strategy and sustainment of full arch initiatives, specifically leveraging digital workflow value proposition. Work closely with leadership to identify merger and acquisition opportunities that will enhance the company's product portfolio.
  • Identify and target high-influence clinicians who are key players in the industry. Organize and promote regional educational events, utilizing social media to drive attendance and create sales opportunities centered around Implant Direct’s digital workflow solutions for full-arch rehabilitation. Own a target for a number of these clinicians closed per year. 
  • Partner with the Sales Training team to deliver focused training on digital workflows, enhancing the effectiveness of the sales force. This includes delivering updates during monthly meetings, contributing best practices for internal communications, and developing new training methods as needed.
  • Work directly with the sales team to change rep behavior on how they are positioning ID’s full arch and digital workflow capabilities to generate and win competitive conversion opportunities
  • Leverage other Envista technologies and partnerships (i.e. DTX, DEXIS, X-Guide, SprintRay) to package and promote comprehensive digital workflow solutions, positioning Implant Direct as the central provider. Provide strategic advice on additional equipment partnerships to close any gaps in capital equipment offerings.
  • Work with the SAT Team and Marketing to identify and develop promos and campaigns to exploit capital equipment opportunities in the implant marketplace.
  • Establish KPIs and maintain detailed tracking using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to monitor progress against sales targets
  • Engage in regular co-travel with sales representatives to provide individualized coaching. Develop actionable insights and best practices to be shared across the sales team for maximum impact

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years experience in sales and/or marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of success preferred
  • Experience converting accounts utilizing existing product portfolio
  • Dental or medical device industry experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, overnight required

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
