As a Revenue Operations Analyst Apprentice, you will sit at the intersection of our data analytics teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Salesforce as ours, while supporting the upkeep of our business intelligence platform, Omni.
Your focus will be divided between basic CRM administration and assisting data analysts with daily requests, dashboard maintenance, and data hygiene. Crucially, you will help monitor and maintain data streams in Omni that combine Salesforce commercial metrics with real-time campaign delivery data, ensuring a holistic view of business performance.
What you will be doing
CRM Maintenance & Data Hygiene
- Salesforce Administration: Assist with basic Salesforce administration, troubleshoot end-user issues, update system fields, and maintain existing dashboards utilized by commercial teams.
- Data Quality & Ingestion Prep: Execute routine data cleansing, data uploads, and maintenance tasks to ensure CRM data is clean and accurately structured before it is pulled into Omni.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Provide daily support to commercial teams to resolve workflow blockers and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Day-to-Day Request Fulfillment: Support data analysts by handling basic, routine data requests, pulling specific reports, and validating commercial and delivery datasets for accuracy .
- Dashboard & Report Maintenance: Assist in the ongoing maintenance, updating, and minor troubleshooting of existing Omni dashboards and Workbooks.
- Process Documentation: Create and update user guides, data definition reference materials, and process flow to ensure reporting consistency across delivery and sales metrics.
- Tool Adoption: Support the onboarding of commercial teams, helping them understand how to navigate and interpret cross-functional Omni dashboards.

What you will bring to Ogury
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Technical Interest: * Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Strong interest in learning or maintaining BI tools like Omni, Looker, Tableau; basic exposure to SQL, data schemas, or advanced Excel is highly preferred .
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to comfortably work with large, blended datasets (e.g., matching sales accounts to ad campaign delivery IDs) .
- Core Competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between commercial teams and technical data analysts.
- A proactive sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
