Implements superior policies, defines and / or adopts function specific guidelines, processes and procedures, and accomplishes education programs for (an) assigned organization(s).* Ensures the development and / or implementation of education policies, guidelines, programs and standards and ensures consistency with overall education strategy and respective local regulations.
* Develops and updates training and / or apprenticeship programs according to business and market requirements.
* Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of assigned organization(s) in all education related issues.
* Sets up and monitors education projects.
* Ensures quality standards for education operations and processes are met at all times.
* Initiates improvements and ensures appropriate workflow environment.
* Liases with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to education services, within given authority levels.
* Decides on personnel resource allocation and is responsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting.
* Manages and coordinates the assigned organization(s), leads all related professionals.
