What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive revenue growth across Siepe’s SaaS and services platform.
- Originate, qualify, and close complex multi-product opportunities.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned to Siepe’s ideal client profile.
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Develop strategic account plans for priority targets and Tier 1 relationships.
- Partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Business Heads on deal scoping.
- Represent Siepe at industry conferences, panels, and client events.
- Serve as a senior commercial voice in go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- Establish Siepe as a trusted long-term partner to credit managers.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–12+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services.
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Deep familiarity with buy-side credit, CLOs, private credit, and structured finance.
- Experience selling bundled technology and services solutions.
- Enterprise deal execution and revenue leadership.
- Strategic account development and relationship management.
- Opportunity qualification and solution selling.
- Commercial negotiation and contract execution.
- Market expertise in credit and investment operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership.
- CRM discipline and repeatable sales process execution.
- Executive-level communication and presentation.
- Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
