The Commercial Director will be a key member of the Country Management Team, responsible for to increase sales volumes (in terms of fleet and customer numbers), loyalty, business sustainability, and order profitability, ensuring a high level of consulting experience that is perceived as high for the customer. - Deep understanding of the market research industry, including business models, products, services, and solutions.
- Own the P&L: Take full ownership of the regional sales budget, revenue targets, and performance metrics.
- Drive performance: Establish clear goals, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and manage performance to ensure consistent achievement.
- Accelerate customer adoption, work with partners to extend reach, lead contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer happiness and success
- Ability to adapt strategies according to the specifics of each account, technical requirements, language, knowledge of specific systems, and the needs of the Mexican market.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.
- Proficient Spanish and English
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, or related industries is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with ability to identify and implement improvements
- The ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines
- The ability to think, act and make decisions under pressure
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
