What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing Enterprise Account Executives through consistent coaching, weekly 1:1s, and strategic guidance
- Drive accurate pipeline forecasting and provide clear visibility to senior leadership on territory performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven execution within your team
- Territory Strategy & Execution
- Partner with executive leadership to define territory sales objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and implement scalable processes and infrastructure to support sustained growth in the East region
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and enablement materials that accelerate sales velocity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Marketing to optimize the customer journey and drive satisfaction
- Champion consultative selling methodologies and effective account management practices that create lasting customer relationships
What You Have
- Required
- 9+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within cybersecurity or information security
- 3+ years successfully managing, hiring, and developing field sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets with strong emphasis on new logo acquisition
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute both tactical initiatives and long-term territory plans
- Desirable
- Advanced proficiency in CRM analytics, reporting, and forecasting (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success building and scaling sales teams with clear goal-setting and professional feedback practices
- Experience selling security validation, penetration testing, or breach and attack simulation solutions
