As a Sales Director at Clozd, you will coordinate sales activities while building up and developing a top performing sales team. You will identify and implement best practices for our growing sales department that will drive a path to rapid success. You will be a key leader who propels a growing team and directly engages in customer sales activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key sales partners and clients
  • Review existing sales processes and advise on adapting strategies to optimize and improve sales cycle and conversion metrics
  • Train and develop competitive sales team
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the sales pipelines, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Develop and establish new and creative approaches to increase revenue

What you need to have:

  • Applicable Sales experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 3+ years experience succeeding sales goals and team building in the SaaS industry
  • Eagerness to join a startup company and help propel rapid growth
  • Experience building and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, mediation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency, ability to multitask
  • Experience analyzing and consulting on strategies and commission structures
  • Proven experience in data-driven and forward-thinking approaches to generating revenue

  • We believe in the power of live collaboration and culture, which is why this is an in-office position in Lehi, UT (M-F)
