We are growing our sales organization and looking to add a Sales Director to our team. Kochava is a market leader for Mobile and CTV app install measurement. This role requires an excellent understanding of the mobile attribution and analytics space with an emphasis on Media Mix Modeling as this individual will be focused on growing Kochava’s footprint of demand-side growth marketer partners for our Media Mix Modeling business in North America.


Ideal candidates can work remotely from one of the following US states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington or Wyoming.

Job Responsibilities

  • Candidates should have a technical sales background and be able to clearly articulate the value of Kochava’s platform with senior decision makers across marketing/growth, product, and finance teams at target companies across verticals and advertising agencies. You’ll be a team member of the industry leader in media measurement, representing the premier platform used by the world’s most innovative and well-known global brands. You will have the support of cross-functional teams at Kochava with the collective goal to help problem-solve media measurement and attribution challenges for prospects.

  • This is a direct sales role with salary and commission. Your responsibilities will include person-to-person sales meetings, sales presentations, attending and representing at Industry events, delivering customer value, and representing Kochava as the Industry expert in app install attribution.

Experience/Skills Required

  • 6+ years of successful SaaS-based solution-selling as a top performer.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of media mix modeling concepts and their application in marketing strategy.
  • Experience in measurement and attribution platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong solution-selling skills – prospecting, closing, CRM, relationship building, etc.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sale Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn’t readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
