The Director, Sales – Americas is responsible for leading commercial growth across North and South America for the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) Business Unit. This senior leadership role is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, new business development, strategic customer engagement, and overall commercial performance throughout the region.
This leader will direct the Americas Regional Sales, Inside Sales, and Field Application Engineering (FAE) organizations while aligning commercial and technical resources to accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading customer-facing organizations, driving profitable growth, developing executive-level customer relationships, and collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Account Management teams to execute commercial strategies and expand market share.

Build & Accelerate Regional Growth
Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the Americas growth strategy aligned to T&L business objectives, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
Market Development: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distribution partners, and aftermarket channels.
Business Development & Funnel Growth: Own regional funnel growth, opportunity development, and conversion performance while driving disciplined forecasting and opportunity management processes.
