In the position of Director of Enterprise Sales for the North American market, you will lead the strategic direction of a high-performance team dedicated to enhancing Poka's market footprint across North America. We are in search of a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of steering teams to exceed ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the attainment of sales targets with net new customers. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of six Account Executives
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with actual clients and executives
  • Present the value of Poka to C-level executives
  • Evangelize the Poka vision through product demonstrations, and events including speaking engagements and tradeshows
  • Construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

What you bring to the table:

  • 10 years of experience in B2B, enterprise software sales
  • Solid experience leading high achieving sales teams
  • Mastery of English (required)
  • Proven record of selling into complex global organizations
  • Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building relationships with client
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and manufacturing processes is paramount
  • Ability to develop and present a business case, and have business acumen
  • Experience in interacting with plant managers, VPs and CxO
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally up 50%
