JuiceMedia.AI is the newest brand to our portfolio and here's the squeeze. Juice is an emerging outcome focused, omni-channel customer acquisition platform. We are a team built of our media traders, data scientists, engineers, product experts and growth marketers helping customers connect to their target audiences with a multi-solution product.

Job Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business growth at Juice Media. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, an extensive network in the industry, and a strategic approach to agency services sales. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying, pitching, and closing high-impact deals that align with client needs and contribute to their overarching media strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focused on winning new business as the media agency of record for consumer and b2b brands focused on scaling their overall business.
  • Leverage an established network to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand clients, marketing leaders, and potential partners across a full spectrum of potential clients
  • Drive towards and consistently exceed sales targets. Track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure all objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with our customer success and media buying team to design and deliver comprehensive media solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, specifically media measurement and analytics to position the agency as a thought leader across measurement and optimization.
  • Provide regular reports, including forecasting and performance metrics, to the executive team. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in media sales, with a focus on supporting medium sized brands scale their business
  • Proven track record in identifying, pitching, and closing new business
  • Strong network within the media, marketing and technology space
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic, goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to industry shifts

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $124,800.00 - $225,600.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
