Broadridge is seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Sales Director to accelerate adoption of iJoin solutions across the recordkeeping and asset management markets. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic seller who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and turning complex client challenges into meaningful growth opportunities.

You will bring iJoin’s technology, data, and digital experiences to leading retirement firms at a pivotal time for the industry. As a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, you will own the pursuit from initial strategy through close. You will also work closely with colleagues across Broadridge to unlock broader enterprise opportunities and bring the full strength of our capabilities to clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle for iJoin’s suite of retirement technology solutions, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build, manage, and advance a high-quality pipeline that supports consistent sales attainment and long-term growth.
  • Develop and execute thoughtful account-based strategies for priority recordkeeping and asset management firms.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within both new and existing client relationships.
  • Lead executive-level conversations that connect iJoin capabilities to clients’ strategic priorities, commercial objectives, and customer outcomes.
  • Create compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations; confidently lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Maintain deep product and market fluency to position iJoin solutions effectively in a rapidly evolving retirement landscape.
  • Build relationships beyond the initial buying center and identify opportunities to expand adoption of iJoin and broader Broadridge capabilities.
  • Partner with Broadridge sales teams to uncover and pursue enterprise-level opportunities across the organization.
  • Mobilize internal partners across product, legal, finance, leadership, and other teams to drive successful deal execution.
  • Represent Broadridge and iJoin at industry conferences, client events, and other forums that strengthen market presence and create new opportunities.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling SaaS, technology, data, or other complex solutions.
  • Deep retirement-industry knowledge and an established network of senior-level relationships across the ecosystem.
  • A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you are resourceful, proactive, accountable, and energized by building new opportunities.
  • A consultative selling approach and the ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear, measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and aligning diverse internal and client-side stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and presentation skills, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic discussions and operational detail.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and sales execution.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and self-leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build client relationships and advance strategic opportunities.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
  • Experience selling technology, data, analytics, or digital platforms into enterprise retirement firms.
  • Experience with recordkeepers, wealth and asset managers, retirement plan providers, or financial intermediaries.
  • Knowledge of managed accounts, retirement income solutions, participant engagement, or IRA workflows.
  • A history of creating new market opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, and winning complex enterprise deals.
