About iVerify

We are Experts in Mobile Threat Hunting. The first mobile threat hunting company to protect mobile devices like any other vulnerable corporate endpoint.

The mobile security market has a problem. Simply put, current solutions fail to meet the sophistication of modern threats or the growing privacy desires of mobile device users. We believe that it is time for something new. Not only because we care deeply about the safety of frontline users like journalists and activists - many of whom are doing important and often dangerous work - but because enterprises and consumers deserve real protection from advanced mobile threats without sacrificing privacy.

We are building the first mobile threat hunting company to harmonize security and privacy in the face of a new class of mobile threats. Supported by some of the most well-respected VC firms, we aim to become the go-to mobile security solution for individuals who want to know they can trust their devices with their most sensitive information – without sacrificing privacy.

About the Role

We’re looking for our first Sales Director to drive growth across the EMEA region. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a self-starter who thrives in building new markets from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships across the MSP and VAR ecosystem. While the initial focus will be on individual quota attainment and establishing iVerify’s presence in Europe, the ideal candidate will also bring experience scaling sales teams and processes as the business grows.

Responsibilities
  • Drive iVerify’s expansion across EMEA, driving new business and establishing a strong, sustainable market presence.

  • Develop and execute a winning go-to-market plan to accelerate revenue across key EMEA markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.

  • Cultivate and expand partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to drive channel growth.

  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product development, pricing, and positioning in Europe.

  • As traction builds, play a key role in shaping the structure, strategy, and hiring plan for future EMEA sales growth.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including experience closing enterprise-level deals in cybersecurity or related SaaS sectors.

  • Proven success driving new business in the EMEA market, ideally as a first or early go-to-market hire.

  • Deep knowledge of the MSP and VAR landscape in the UK, with strong existing relationships preferred; broader EU exposure a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals independently.

  • Experience contributing to or building sales processes and playbooks in early-stage or scaling environments.

  • The ability to understand highly technical systems and communicate complex subjects simply.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
