We are looking for a competitive and solution-oriented B2B go-to-market leader to expand our business within the APAC region. This role will establish our presence, determine our GTM strategy, drive sales, and ensure that customers are managed well with our client-services teams.

What you will do

  • Build and implement our strategy for the APAC region
  • Partner closely with marketing, successfully building a pipeline of leads and new clients to expand our brand in the APAC marketplace
  • Lead sales as an individual contributor to start and will build a team as our presence grows
  • Will be expected to own the executive relationships in region
  • Develop, design and execute go-to-market process to deliver Koddi’s product and solutions
  • Work closely with Koddi’s leadership team on implementation of GTM strategy, reporting pipeline, forecasting

What skills and experience you bring

  • 8+ years of sales experience required, with a preference for successful experience in enterprise SaaS sales in retail media and ad tech industry
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business needs and propose corresponding technology-based solutions through a deep technical understanding of the product
  • Ability to make independent business decisions considering both the impact to client satisfaction and overall financial ramifications for Koddi
  • Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with customers, management and peers
  • Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude.
  • A strong team player and communicator.
  • Energy, impeccable integrity and personable demeanor
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships

Travel and other requirements

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Passport and Valid driver’s license with proof of insurability
