Teads is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our growing Agency team. In this role, you will manage the OMD agency within the OMNICOM Group. Focusing on driving the adoption of our omnichannel, full-funnel advertising solutions with some of the biggest brands in the world and facilitating conversations and consulting at all levels across the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Maintain a regular presence with clients through meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic consultancy and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Recommend tailored media solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver optimal results.
  • Negotiate and establish long-term joint business partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Accurate forecasting and patch management
Your Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in digital media or advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the OMD UK portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem, with a passion for industry trends and innovation.
  • Experience in online video, display and performance solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt, collaborate, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
