About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Activation Specialist to drive adoption and sales of our key services
among owner-operators in the trucking industry. This role focuses on promoting and selling
solutions such as 10-4 WEX, Truckloads Loadboard, Factoring Services, and the Trucker Path
App. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping trucking professionals
optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Engage: Identify and reach out to owner-operators through cold calling, email
campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
• Sales Execution: Present and sell our suite of services (10-4 WEX, Truckloads Loadboard,
Factoring, Trucker Path App) to prospective clients.
• Lead Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track leads, and ensure timely
follow-ups.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve
their business efficiency.
• Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects and customers to help refine sales
strategies and product offerings.
• Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B or
transportation/logistics industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cold Outreach: Experience in selling to cold leads is a strong plus.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms for outreach and reporting.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with trucking industry services and owner-operator challenges.
• Previous experience selling SaaS or financial services (e.g., factoring).
