Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is passionate about sales, communication, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets.
- Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and sales funnels.

- Experience with outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B sales environments.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
