Job Description

Your Impact: Beyond the Cold Call

This isn’t a "script-reading" job. You will be a key player in our sales engine:

· The Strategist: You’ll develop and execute sales strategies to hunt for new business and—crucially—bring back former partners.

· The Relationship Builder: You’ll manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring they are getting the full value of QIMA’s global network.

· The Closer: You’ll lead presentations, negotiate service proposals, and see deals through to the finish line.

· The Tech-Savvy Pro: You’ll master our CRM to track your wins and keep the commercial team synchronized.

· The Communicator: Your English is solid (80%+). You can hold a professional conversation with a client in Chicago just as easily as one in Mexico City.

· The Problem Solver: You don't just see a "No"; you see a challenge to be solved.

· The Self-Starter: You don’t need a micromanager. You know how to organize your day to hit your targets.

· $18,000 MXN Gross Monthly Base.
