You are joining one of the sharpest boutique growth agencies in fashion and luxury. The kind of shop brands hire when they are done guessing and ready to scale profitably.

This team lives at the intersection of performance creative and paid media. Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest. The channels that print money when the creative hits.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Build consistent pipeline. Enterprise style targeting. No spray and pray. 
  • Prospect into the right brands. Fashion, luxury, accessories, lifestyle e-commerce. 
  • Outbound across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email. 
  • Personalization at scale. Not copy paste spam. 
  • Book discovery calls. Everything up until the discovery call is yours. 
  • Work inside a CRM and keep the pipeline clean. They are transitioning from GoHighLevel and considering HubSpot. 
  • Hit target goals every month - that looks like discovery meetings booked.
What We Are Looking For
  • You are a senior SDR. Not junior and not your first sales job. 
  • You can prospect like a sniper. Lists, angles, positioning, follow up.
  • You have impeccable spoken and written English communication.
  • Agency experience is a big plus.
  • You understand performance marketing language (paid media and performance creative is the core offer.)
  • Bonus points if you can speak SEO and AI photoshoot services without sounding lost. 
  • You are hungry. You take ownership. You move fast.
