About the role
We’re looking to add a curious, driven IC1 Sales Development Representative to our GTM team! This person will help us design and scale a thoughtful, systems-driven outbound motion to drive high-quality pipeline. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited by building structure, experimenting creatively, and understanding why things work (not just executing tasks). You’ll be working alongside leadership to design something completely new, from the ground up.
You’ll work across teams to help research target accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and improve the processes and tools that underpin our SDR function. This is a strong launchpad into climate tech, with clear progression into multiple different teams for high performers.
What you’ll be doing
- As part of the GTM team, generate new, high-quality pipeline opportunities through thoughtful outbound prospecting across priority accounts and sectors
- Research target accounts, buyer personas, and industry signals to personalise outreach
- Execute multi-touch, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
- Contribute to building a best-in-class, systems-led SDR function
- Help design and document creative, repeatable SDR playbooks by segment and use case
- Test, evaluate, and help implement AI tools for research, personalisation, scoring, and follow-up
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion across the funnel (lead → SQL → opportunity)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear ICP, buying-stage, and readiness criteria
- Book meetings that convert into pipeline
- Accurately track and maintain prospect, lead, and opportunity data in HubSpot
- Ensure clean lifecycle stages, notes, and attribution to support board-level forecasting and decision-making
- Use CRM data to prioritise accounts and manage time effectively
- Analyse SDR and pipeline data to surface trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
- Share learnings on what messaging, accounts, and signals are resonating
- Feed insights back into GTM strategy, campaigns, and targeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, GTM, and Product
- Share market and buyer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and roadmap decisions
- Collect structured product and market feedback from prospect conversations
- Develop strong domain knowledge in climate markets and carbon procurement
- Translate complex topics into credible, commercially grounded conversations
- Build trust with senior buyer personas through preparation and insight
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a commercial, SDR/BDR, or client-facing B2B role Experience in SaaS, climate tech, consulting, or complex sales environments is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to articulate ideas clearly, tailor messaging to different audiences, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Systems-oriented mindset Comfortable working with CRMs, structured processes, and performance metrics; thinks in inputs, outputs, and improvement loops.
- Analytical and data-aware Cares about conversion rates and outcomes, not just activity; interested in understanding what drives performance.
- AI-positive and tool-curious Excited to experiment with AI and automation to work smarter and help build a modern SDR engine.
- Strong interest in climate tech and carbon markets Prior experience in the voluntary carbon market is a plus, but not required if paired with genuine motivation and learning agility.
- Ambitious and self-directed Takes ownership, seeks feedback, and wants to grow into more senior business development or GTM roles over time.
- Adaptable and resilient Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- High integrity Committed to building trust with prospects, colleagues, and the wider market.

What We Do
Voluntary carbon offsetting is a critical part of a net zero plan, but getting offsetting wrong is a reputational liability.
We help companies navigate the complexity of the voluntary carbon markets and build a credible and rigorous path to net zero.
Together, we can scale carbon removal solutions to align corporate action to the 1.5°C Paris goal.
