Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative in the GTM Outbound Team, their primary focus will be identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads for warehousing and fulfilment solutions. They will play a key role in educating creators on Easyship’s global fulfilment capabilities and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics and innovation, helping project creators successfully scale post-campaign with efficient, reliable fulfilment
What you additionally need to know
This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows US collaboration hours (7:30PM- 4:30AM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.
What would be you be responsible for:
- Prospecting and qualifying crowdfunding campaigns and creators (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound, etc.) and also Shopify merchants.
- Conducting outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
- Educating prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfilment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC
- Managing and nurturing leads through early stages of the sales cycle
- Scheduling and coordinating discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
- Tracking and updating all activities in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance
- Staying up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfilment challenges within the crowdfunding space
You Might Be a Good Fit If…
- You have 1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
- You have a strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfilment processes is a plus
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Outreach)
- You are detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- You are comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
