THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

The SDR department operates on an international scale, with around fourteen experts on the team and is currently in a phase of significant growth.

ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative. You will be reporting to the Director, SDR.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Outbound Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact Account-Based Sales Development strategies to generate qualified prospects and territory plans
  • AI-Powered Prospecting: Leverage AI proficiency to streamline research, optimize outreach cadences, and personalize inbound / outbound engagement at scale.
  • Persona-Based Messaging: Effectively articulate the Ivalua value proposition by tailoring messages to specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and diverse personas, such as CPOs, CFOs, and IT leader
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Proactively nurture early-stage opportunities utilizing a multi-approach methodology including outbound calling, strategic emailing, events and an active LinkedIn presence
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics, including email, meeting and call objectives
  • Data Integrity: Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate lead activity and qualification notes

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a high-tech B2B sales development or inside sales environment
  • Outbound Mastery : Demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and sales goals through outbound efforts
  • Advanced Messaging : Superior skills in crafting clear, concise, and compelling value propositions that handle objections and educate prospects
  • Strategic Thinking : Deep understanding of ICP and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to find the "minds that matter"
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using modern sales tech stacks and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Soft Skills :

  • Communication : Fluent in English with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment good writing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience with proven skills.
