About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our sales and marketing teams in executing day-to-day account and prospect engagement activities. This is a junior role ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with prospects via phone and video calls. This role plays a critical part in executing sales initiatives efficiently and accurately.

This role is based in Cambridge and requires 3 days per week in the office. The manager is based in the Denver office, so candidates should be comfortable with some coordination across time zones. Bilingual candidates (Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian) are highly preferred to support our international expansion goals.


What You’ll Do

  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist sales and marketing teams with executing account-based campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prospect Engagement: Communicate with prospects via phone, video calls, and email, ensuring professional and timely interactions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot), including contact information, meeting notes, and campaign tracking.
  • Research & Account Prep: Help gather account and prospect information to support outreach efforts.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all sales and marketing processes are followed consistently and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives, providing feedback where relevant.
  • Learning & Growth: Develop a strong understanding of our sales processes, products, and market to grow into more advanced roles over time.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:
    • Entry-level or 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or administrative roles.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
    • Experience in B2B environments is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident speaking with prospects on calls and video meetings.
    • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple small tasks.
    • Basic understanding of time zone coordination (Denver-based manager).
  • Mindset:
    • Eager to learn and grow within a sales operations/sales development career path.
    • Accountable, reliable, and proactive in completing tasks.
    • Team-oriented and collaborative.

Your Background

  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Italian strongly preferred. 
  • Interest in sales development, sales operations, or business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, or other CRM/engagement tools.
  • Previous exposure to the telecommunications or utility industries is a plus.
