What you'll do:
- Outbound: Prospecting of both cold & warm leads, to educate, qualify, and develop contacts, driving sales-ready leads and opportunities.
- Develop new strategies for opening opportunities with identified key prospects & their organisations; Cold Calling, Emailing, Social Selling and beyond.
- Identify best practices in the space & implement test and learn techniques for optimisation of process and results.
- Inbound qualification of opportunities & leads for distribution.
- Work with marketing counterparts to improve our processes and provide feedback.
- Research prospects, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
Who you are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development environment is preferred.
- A results oriented, self starter - possessing a positive mindset and outlook.
- Hunger to learn & develop both personally & professionally.
- Energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong written skills.
- A team player with proven ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Gsuite, Slack, LinkedIn etc).
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Business Intelligence tools (ZoomInfo or Similar) Industry specific tools: (Outreach.io, HubSpot, Sales Navigator), Digital marketing tools - Social platforms, Programmatic Platforms, etc all a strong plus.
