As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at 10Web, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales pipeline. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to support our Account Executives in closing high-value deals.

Your goal is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and create meaningful sales opportunities through personalized outreach and strategic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads in target segments (web agencies, MSPs, hosting providers and SaaS companies)
  • Use outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks
  • Execute high-quality, personalized outreach sequences tailored to ICPs
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive engagement and move leads through early pipeline stages
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure a high hand-off quality
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on targeting and lead strategy
  • Log all interactions and maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or SDR/BDR roles
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Strong research and objection-handling abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships quickly over email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with WordPress, cloud hosting, or website management tools is a plus
