インサイドセールス業務内容
  • マーケティングイベント、キャンペーン、ウェビナー等で獲得したリードへのフォローアップ(メール・電話・オンライン)
  • 潜在顧客の課題・関心をヒアリングし、PingCAPソリューションの商談機会を創出
  • Salesforceを活用したリード管理、データクレンジング、ナーチャリングプロセスの最適化
  • 営業(Account Executive)および技術チーム(Solution Architect)との連携による案件推進
  • マーケティングチームとの協働によるリード品質・メッセージ改善のフィードバック
  • SDR/BDRプロセスの標準化・ベストプラクティス共有
応募条件
  • 営業/インサイドセールス/カスタマーサクセスの経験(1年以上)
  • Salesforce、HubSpotなどCRMツールの利用経験
  • 自ら課題を発見し、改善提案・実行できるオーナーシップ
  • スピード感を持って行動できる柔軟性
雇用条件
  • 勤務地:東京オフィス
  • リモートワーク可、フルフレックスタイム(コアタイムなし)
  • 正社員(試用期間3ヶ月)
  • 年収:500万円〜800万円(経験・能力を考慮の上、優遇)
