💼 The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves connecting with people and helping them take their first step toward financial freedom.
You’ll be the friendly, confident voice that welcomes new leads - people who’ve listened to our podcast, joined our community, or downloaded our resources - and helps them discover how Wealth Without Wall Street can help them reach their goals.
This isn’t your typical “sales” job. It’s about serving first, building relationships, and guiding people toward transformation.
🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to inbound leads via phone, text, and email (no cold calling strangers!)
- Listen to each person’s story and help them find the next right step
- Schedule discovery calls for our coaches and wealth strategists
- Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to improve how we connect and convert

Requirements
💪 What You Bring
- You’re a natural communicator who loves people and believes in our mission
- You’re confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections with empathy
- You’re driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-based environment
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in sales, customer service, or financial coaching is a plus — but passion and attitude matter more
