We are a large, expanding global business in fund administration industry. We are looking for an organized and efficient Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the critical link in our sales engine, responsible for originating sales activity, nurturing prospective client relationships, and empowering our sales team with the data and tools they need to succeed.
This role is more than just support—it’s about owning the front end of the sales cycle. You will have a direct impact on our pipeline, help shape sales strategies, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service from their first point of contact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the Architect of Our Pipeline: Generate and compile sales leads, manage prospect lists, and intelligently delegate opportunities to the sales team using our CRM.
Excel in Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact, answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up to keep prospects engaged and moving forward.
Master Sales Operations: Coordinate the timely creation of sales packs and quotes, process orders, and review pending engagements to ensure swift and efficient customer responses.
Turn Data into Strategy: Record sales trends, track team performance, and compile insightful reports. You will liaise with sales managers to help develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Champion Our CRM: Ensure all prospect and client activities are meticulously updated and managed within our central CRM system, maintaining a flawless database of information.
Provide Core Support: Handle essential administrative duties and scheduling to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department and executive team.
What You Bring to the Team:
Proven experience in a high-volume administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the skill to motivate and support others.
Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheets for handling large datasets.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is essential.
A fundamental understanding of sales principles and a keen eagerness to learn complex financial products for the Asset Management sector.
A bachelor’s or associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
