Role: Business Development Executive

As a Sr. Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong negotiator, and has a proven track record of driving successful business development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and serve as the primary point of contact
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of new business initiatives
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to achieve profitable outcomes
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  2. Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
