About the Role

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a pivotal role in initiating and cultivating relationships with potential clients, driving the early stages of the sales process. They are adept at identifying and qualifying leads, leveraging various outreach strategies to nurture prospects and facilitate successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and expanding the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and lead generation activities.
  • Executing cold calls, emails, and social media outreach using sales prospecting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and HubSpot.
  • Managing communication sequences to effectively engage and follow up with leads, ensuring timely and relevant interactions.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their needs within the qualification framework.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and potential growth areas to contribute to revenue targets.
  • Achieving and surpassing predefined sales quotas and targets.
  • Facilitating appointments, meetings, and product demos, transitioning leads to Account Executives for further engagement.
  • Maintaining and updating comprehensive lead databases for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR experience (or you’re scrappy and hungry enough to learn fast)
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day with the confidence to handle prospect questions and concerns in real time
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Collaborative team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
