What you'll do:
- Conduct highly targeted prospecting into qualified accounts
- Work closely and collaboratively with the account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Apply an account-based sales approach including detailed research and personalized outreach to assist in account expansion and development
- Work internally with other departments to provide data/feedback you are hearing from prospects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team

- A strong interest in a customer-facing role
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Experience hitting and reporting on individual KPIs
- The technical aptitude to master our CRM system
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
- The ability to deal with objections and handle rejection
Bonus points for:
- Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferred
- Experience working around advanced manufacturing companies
- Academic background or professional experience in any of the following: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing equipment
- Account-based selling knowledge and experience
