You won't just be making calls; you'll be the engine of our growth, the crucial first point of contact that turns a lead into a loyal customer. The value you will deliver…

  • Heavy Prospecting: Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within our target markets using a variety of tools and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, industry reports, news). This isn't just about finding contacts; it's about understanding their challenges and identifying how our solution can add value.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively initiate outbound communication via personalized cold calls, emails, and social selling to engage with prospects and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Discovery and Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and to assess their fit for our solutions.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging: Develop and refine targeted, personalized messaging that resonates with prospects, highlights our value proposition, and compels them to learn more.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track all activities, update prospect information, and maintain a clean and accurate database in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies, hand off qualified opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform prospecting strategies and improve messaging.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table…

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. (Experience in Healthcare is a plus).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and your emails are compelling.
  • Highly resourceful and tenacious. You don't give up easily and are skilled at finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects.
  • Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude, resilient mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong, Linkedin, Zoominfo, etc)
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries is preferred.
  • Driven and self-motivated to exceed quotas
  • Strong sense of urgency to build a healthy sales pipeline

You will stand out if you also have…

  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger Sale) is a plus.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, telehealth platforms, health information exchanges (HIE), and data analytics platforms. Ability to discuss these technologies confidently with healthcare IT professionals and executives.

Additional details…

  • Location: Hybrid (Dallas - exact location to be determined/ Downtown Los Angeles- located at 7th St. and Flower St./ Las Vegas - approximately 3 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, near Warm Springs Rd. and Bermuda Rd.)
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No

The compensation for this role is up to $24.04 an hour USD plus earned commissions. On Target Earnings are between $50,000-$90,000.  This position may be eligible for pre-approved overtime. Also included in this package for this position for compensation considerations may also include ESPP, accrued vacation, sick time, holidays and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired
