The Role

Anchanto Thailand is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the engine of our sales pipeline growth. With our strategic H2 focus on aggressive outbound prospecting, this role is critical to our success. The SDR will be primarily responsible for identifying and engaging target accounts, creating qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team, and contributing directly to our revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS prospecting and a deep understanding of the eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain landscape in Thailand. You are not just qualifying inbound leads; you are a hunter who can build a pipeline from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Prospecting (Primary Focus)

  • Conduct proactive outreach via targeted emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels to generate new leads.
  • Systematically build and manage target account lists within our key verticals: Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Home Appliances/Electronics.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations, using messaging that highlights how our solutions fix "broken operations".
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.

Inbound Lead Management

  • Qualify and respond to all inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns, and events like our "Live Demo Days".
  • Maintain prompt and professional follow-ups to nurture prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

Pipeline Management & CRM

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and statuses in our CRM system.
  • Track all outreach activity and ensure a timely and persistent follow-up cadence.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Collaboration & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify new target companies that fit our ideal customer profile (e.g., e-commerce businesses with 5,000-10,000+ orders per month).
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and opportunity creation.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Thai with professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or supply chain technology environment.
  • Proven, hands-on experience building target account lists and executing outbound prospecting campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Qualified Meetings Booked: The number of discovery meetings scheduled for the Enterprise Sales team that meet our qualification criteria.
  • Opportunities Accepted by Sales: The number of SDR-generated opportunities that are accepted and moved into the sales pipeline by the sales manager.
  • Outreach Activity Volume: Number of emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages sent to target accounts.
  • Lead Response Time: The time taken to engage with and qualify new inbound leads.
  • CRM Data Accuracy: Ensuring all lead interactions and statuses are well-documented.
