We drive sales of Mindbody software and ClassPass inventory, but that’s not all. The Revenue team helps our customers achieve their business goals, contributes to their growth, and eliminates hurdles by finding smart solutions from our suite of software products. We are strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. 

 

Job summary

 

This team is responsible for identifying, growing prospects and adding net newnames/leads to our database. The leads added will then be routed to our sales counterparts by region so that the nurturing/sales process can begin. 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) qualifies outbound leads and creates opportunities for closing sales professionals. This position is responsible for seeking out new opportunities via the web, as well as for contacting prospects.  This role  creates awareness of the ClassPass product, increases interest level and sets up demonstrations of the software.

 

Principal duties and responsibilities

 

  • Communicates with prospects leveraging multiple channels into the Mid Market and Enterprise prospects
  • Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls and lead generation
  • Works with prospects to set up software demonstration calls
  • Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly goals
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Minimum qualifications and requirement

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of sales experience
  • Reacts quickly and effectively responds to prospect rebuttals
  • Works under pressure in a highly competitive environment
  • Achieves and maintains individual goals successfully
  • Exercises great teamwork and enthusiasm
  • Good understanding of the technical aspects of the job
  • Great phone demeanor and professionalism
  • Communicates clearly, listens thoroughly and responds quickly
  • Must be familiar with the Internet and somewhat technology savvy
