Essential Job Duties
- Conduct prospecting campaigns that include outbound cold call and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with our free Portal Customers to identify challenges and generate upsell opportunities
- Seamlessly handle prospect objections and educate them on HHAeXchange, homecare industry best practices, and any upcoming state or federal mandates
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ideate, manage and execute campaigns
- Represent HHAeXchange at targeted conferences and industry events to help drive awareness and build pipeline (less than 10%)
- Become a subject matter expert by researching trends and best practices, reading industry publications, seeking out learning opportunities, and utilizing internal training resources

Travel Requirements
- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 1 – 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers
- Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face in the homecare industry
- Able to travel to conferences and industry events as necessary
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Bonus: Experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
- Bonus: Experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, WorkRamp
